Synopsis
Its been three years since Misaki Takashi has been living with (secret not-so secret) boyfriend, famous author Akihiko Usami. He thinks nothing's changed between them or inside his own heart in that time, but is his just fooling himself?
Plot
The junjou Romantica couple gets a visit from Older brother Takahashi with his family who brings troubling news to the couple.
Takahiro reminds them that Misaki is left with a one-year limit left to stay at Usagi's as the condition was to move after graduation. This lets the couple worries about after-graduation, especially worrying Misaki that is unsure of what to do.
Misaki also gets to meet a soon-to-be-friend who is also a fan of "The Kan".
Then, Shiba Mizuki, cousin of Akihiko, drops by for a visit and this sparks some jealousy within Misaki.
